Icing Smiles and Ben.

I want to put the word out there to my baker friends about an organization called "Icing Smiles" and to also say thank you so much to Tracy Quisenberry for having this great idea--- and for giving me the opportunity to be part of something so special.
Below is a little blurb about what they do, and if you're interested in making a cake for a child in your area or helping out in any other way, by all means let Tracy know.

I loved meeting Ben and his mom more than I can say, and I really do think that in some small way, this did make a ninth birthday in a hospital and far away from home a little better.
